A New Kind of Wellness Support in Carman
Jolene Knight | NOV 29, 2025
When I opened the Yoga Therapy Room here in Carman, my hope was simple: to create a place where people could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and receive care that feels personal, not prescriptive.
Yoga therapy fills a gap I’ve noticed for years in small-town wellness. We have excellent chiropractors, massage therapists, and healthcare providers—and now, yoga therapy adds another layer of support. It bridges movement, breath, and mindfulness in a way that complements other treatments beautifully.
In a private session, we design a practice just for you. That might mean gentle movement for back pain, breathing exercises to manage anxiety, or a short daily routine to improve sleep and focus. Some clients notice relief from chronic tension, others sleep better, and many experience a renewed sense of energy and calm. The goal is always the same: to help you move, breathe, and live with more ease.
I also offer local group classes—Prana Flow, Prana Reset, Prana Rise, and Prana Restore—each breath-focused and designed to meet different needs throughout the day. These classes complement private sessions and provide another way for people to connect with their body and energy in a supportive environment.
I see yoga therapy as part of the broader healthcare landscape here in Carman. Doctors, psychotherapists, chiropractors and other professionals can confidently refer clients knowing they’ll receive safe, tailored guidance rooted in both tradition and modern therapeutic understanding.
My vision for Carman is a wellness community that collaborates—one where we each bring our strengths to help people feel whole. Small towns have something special: the ability to build connection and support that feels personal, and I love being part of that.
If you’re a healthcare provider or wellness professional interested in learning more, let’s connect. Together we can support our community in new and meaningful ways.
If you’re curious about starting your own personalized yoga therapy journey, reach out—I’d love to work with you in person or online.
