Hi, I’m Jolene. I’m a yoga therapist living and teaching here in Carman, Manitoba.

My journey with yoga began like many others—I first came to it for the movement. Over time, I discovered the power of breath, stillness, and personalized practice, and that’s when yoga shifted from exercise to therapy.

It became a way of tending to my whole self—body, mind, and energy. I realized that yoga could meet me where I was, whether I was stressed, tired, or carrying tension I didn’t even know I had. That experience inspired me to train as a yoga therapist, learning how to design practices that are deeply personal and supportive for each individual.

When my family and I moved back to Carman, I knew I wanted to bring this work home. I believe people in small towns deserve access to the same depth of care and holistic tools that bigger cities offer. Yoga therapy isn’t about being flexible or advanced—it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Whether you’re navigating stress, recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking more balance and clarity in your life, yoga therapy offers practical, breath-focused, and movement-based practices that support your energy, your body, and your mind. Each session is tailored to you, whether you’re working one-on-one or in a small group setting.

I also offer online sessions for those who prefer to practice from home or need flexibility in their schedule. Together, we can create a personalized path to help you feel more grounded, energized, and connected in your daily life.

If you’re curious to explore what yoga therapy can do for you, I’d love to work with you—either here in Carman or online. Reach out today to book a session or to learn more about how we can create a practice that’s uniquely yours.
